Quality Control Engineer

The Opportunity:
The purpose of the role is to support diverse Quality Management System activities and compliance reporting functions in support of the Quality Assurance Department and the company.
The role will support the deployment and improvement of the Quality Management System based on ISO/IATF16949 and PAS 2030/2035 in ECO industry standard whilst this role drives the organisation to ensure that events are undertaken with robustness and integrity. The successful candidate will be expected to grow and develop the role as the Quality Department grows and matures. This is a key position within the Quality Department and the scope of work will be varied and demanding.
About the role/ Key Responsibilities:
As Quality Control Engineer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. The role is to be the bridge between internal design team and the site-based activities.
· In the general day to day, you will be responsible for ensuring that the MEP design is realised on site through comprehensive inspection of the installations on site whilst snagging the installations from a compliant installation viewpoint.
· Monitor the site installation of measures like wall insulation, loft insulation and solar panels etc., review and commentary on the contractors proposed commissioning methodology, commissioning witnessing and management, review of operational and maintenance manuals.
· Monitor, assure and assess to the rest of the areas in terms of document control process, internal audits and everything related with the compliance with PAS 2030
· Generate reports and documentation (plans, graphs, evidence for closure, non-conformance reports, etc.) related with internal/external QMS audits.
• Identify risk to Quality, ensuring these are captured, to take corrective actions or escalate as required
• Working with our suppliers to develop and implementation of systems and controls to assure quality of product and services utilising APQP techniques.
· prepares work flow charts for individual departments and compiles detailed instructions on processes, work methods and quality and safety standards for workers.
· You’ll be responsible to projects quality strategy in coordination with the suppliers and delivery partners. And also provide advise and support to the business on all aspects of quality,
· Assuring that our suppliers have effective and scalable processes to meet our demands, including carrying out of supplier audits and statistical process techniques
· You’ll also ensure the requirements for site and manufacturing lifetime records are clearly identified and that such records are prepared and maintained, including all relevant reviews and approval activities, currently with manufacturing and site activities.
• Effect studies to determine cause, effect, and corrective actions required to remedy deviations impairing desired standards
• Assist any other tasks required to accomplish the Quality Assurance area goals.
About you:
• Ability and initiative to work alone and under minimal supervision is essential, also have the ability to work cross functionally.
• Ability to interact, direct & influence cross-functional teams that span the organization with ability to demonstrate tenacity.
• Review and ensure test processes are followed and features are properly tested following the testing pyramid

Qualification/ Requirements:
• Chartered Quality Professional (preferred)
• Chartered Engineer – desirable but not a requirement.
• Previous Experience in PAS 2030/ PAS 2035 work under Trustmark approved schemes. (Preferred)
• Qualified and experienced ISO9001 auditor / lead auditor or excellent knowledge of the suite of ISO Standards, specifically ISO 9001
• BTEC/SQA award or an apprenticeship HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems design – Technical Proficiency (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, processes and best practises for the testing of back-end microservices
• Current or past Mechanical or Electrical personal Certificate, or experience as an engineer in offsite or onsite installation, panel/ equipment fabrication and commissioning with C&G (Boiler or chiller installation).
• 3-5 years experience as a quality control engineer

The Opportunity:
Electrical Engineer with experience within any of the following disciplines: heat Pumps, electric equipment installation &controls, Solar panels, minor pipework, installation service & maintenance.
About the role/ Key Responsibilities:
ATQ Casuals have opportunities within its Electrical Engineering Team. We are looking for Electrical Engineers to lead and coordinate all electrical engineering deliverables across development and installation projects. The scope of work covers the whole project lifecycle and includes domestic household electrical system design and operation, HVAC substations, electrical power system studies, heating systems and boilers, insulating home and solar panels. If you have experience in one or more of these areas, we are extremely keen to hear from you.
· Establish and maintain risk-based maintenance and inspection plans, prioritising reliability worklists in conjunction with seniors.
· Testing and inspecting electrical installations in accordance with the design provided and IET Wiring Regulations and analysing & repairing, implanting or replacing the old equipment with the new ones.
· Actively fault finding / problem solving or installing domestic electrical systems and solar panels.
· Coordinating project engineering works and ensuring correct technical specifications are prepared and applied to projects.
· Review external contractor’s and consultant’s specifications and documentation for the procurement of contracts to ensure Sublime requirements are achieved.
· Planned and preventive electrical maintenance.
· Diagnosing and replacing failed domestic electrical components.
· Responding to breakdowns ensuring all works are carried out under the appropriate Safe System of Work and in a timely manner.
· Ensuring no security practices are breached.
· Reporting any unsafe domestic plant or operations to your line manager.
About you:
• Experienced Electrical Engineer with specialist knowledge gained from a background preferably working in a renewable electricity generation including technical knowledge of Boilers, Central Heaterting systems and Solar Panels.
• As an experienced engineer, you will have working knowledge of appropriate engineering legislation and industry good practice.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to deliver the highest quality of work within the necessary timescales.
• Escorting sub-contractors, reviewing risk assessments, issuing permits.
• Excellent report writing skills and an understanding of effective organisation capabilities to deliver quality work to the agreed timescales.
• Knowledge of British standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualification/ Requirements:
· Electrical Engineering Degree Qualification or Equivalent.
· Aware of hazardous area classification and protection concepts used in Electrical equipment.
· Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems design – Technical Proficiency (preferred)
· Technology studies for future reactors (Preferred).
· Knowledge of HV electrical safety, inspection and maintenance.
· Good engineering/technical knowledge.
· Competent IT knowledge.
· 3-5 years’ experience is required for the position.

Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for adequately managing the full sales process by qualifying new opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, conducting demos, managing product trials, and effectively closing deals by collaborating closely with our delivery and product team.

About the role:
‘’ATQ Casuals’’ currently seeking an entrepreneurial, driven and accomplished Business Development Executive to make a significant contribution to the company’s growth and future success.
• You will work closely with our Marketing team, account management and delivery team, Product Management and Customer Services teams to ensure client engagement and ultimately turn opportunities into deals.
• Forecast accurately and develop the necessary pipeline to successfully exceed annual sales quotas.
• Gather and distribute product feedback from prospects to product and delivery team to help us continually enhance our Offerings.
• Refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) in your segment while collaborating with the various internal groups across the organization.
• You will deal with the end-to-end sales process in your territory, including sourcing, qualifying, initiating trials and closing new clients.
• You will demonstrate and report performance against set KPI’s (including but not limited to; call volume, appointment setting, conversion rates, pipeline build, achieved v target and revenue generation

About You:
· You will have extensive proactive sales experience, working in fast moving environment with the ability to handle numerous projects.
· Experience of developing a ‘large’ account by effective networking and prospecting, building a sales pipeline, delivering creative proposals and delivering opportunities.
· Leads and negotiates business unit based MSAs, NDAs and preferred provider agreements.
· Able to work autonomously and effectively, managing your own priorities in conjunction with those of your colleagues and your clients.
· Strong financial acumen: delivering business results in a commercial environment, budgeting, financial planning and reporting.
· You are intellectually curious, know the right question to ask and how to uncover challenges our clients face on daily basis.
· You are a strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills and convincing powers.

Key Requirement/ Responsibilities:
· Min 3+ years of experience working in a sales environment as part of targeted team to drive profitable result, or primary research products by conducting your own demos with a highly competent consultative approach.
· Experience with Microsoft Office tools / Google shared drives, CRM experience (365, Salesforce etc.), Knowledge of MMC will be an asset.
· Develop effective proactive Sales strategies that support the company goals, targets and objectives within the corporate, private chartered and global business.
· Take a proactive approach to sales, anticipating potential opportunities and developing new ones, as well as developing strategic and innovative plans for the growth in the different existing and emerging markets.
· A solid understanding of sales KPIs and deriving insights for wider business reporting and actions.
· You have a track record of exceeding sales goal.
· Proven experience negotiating large and complex agreements.
